Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) to join our team in an embedded role within the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in employee assistance programs, workplace mental health, and crisis intervention, while demonstrating empathy, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach. This role requires travel, the ability to train and educate employees and leaders, and the capacity to respond effectively to both individual and organizational challenges.
Job Duties
- Provide confidential counseling, consultation, and referral services to employees and leadership.
- Respond to workplace crisis by delivering Critical Incident Response (CIR) services, including group debriefings, psychological first aid, crisis management and organizational support after traumatic events.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on mental health related topics as well as other relevant workplace well-being topics.
- Collaborate with HR, Health & Safety, and leadership teams to support employee well-being, performance, and workplace culture.
- Serve as trusted advisor to managers, HR, and leadership on employee well-being, behavioral health, and performance issues.
- Develop effective communications, presentations, and resources for internal stakeholders; create professional-quality materials using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Provide expertise in recognizing and addressing substance use, addiction, and co-occurring mental health concerns.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with professional, ethical, and legal standards.

- Proven training delivery experience in corporate or professional environments.
- Experience in corporate settings with knowledge of workplace dynamics and organizational culture.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Ability and willingness to take on-call rotation.
- Tech-savvy: very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms and efficient in tech-related tasks.
- CEAP (Certified Employee Assistance Professional) credential preferred.
- Experience in global or multinational corporate environments preferred.
