Job Duties and Qualifications

Responsibilities:  
•    Under strict supervision, performs repairs, preventative maintenance, calibration, and inspections on down-hole tool and other equipment used in the application for down-hole tools. 
•    Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. 
•    Areas of specialization may include mechanical aptitude, interpretation of drawings/schematics, use of precision measurements, computer skills, assembly and disassembly of tools associated with down-hole equipment. 

Requirements: 
•    Requires a high school diploma, or equivalent.
•    technical school certificate or higher is preferred.

Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum job requirements will be considered for higher-level positions based on their experience, additional job requirements, and current business needs. Depending on their education, experience, and skill level, candidates may be eligible for a range of job opportunities, including positions ranging from R&M Mechanical Technician I to R&M Mechanical Technician II.
