Digital Marketing Content and Campaign Specialist

Overview: Under general supervision, the Digital Marketing Content and Campaign Specialist is responsible for comprehensive content planning, including creation, curation, research, and strategic planning. This role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to brainstorm and implement creative and strategic methods for engaging prospects and customers through various content types. Strong multitasking and organizational skills are essential, as the specialist will manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. A deep understanding of content strategy and digital paid advertisement is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop web content that aligns with the brand's strategic objectives and adds value to both existing and prospective customers
  • Drive inbound traffic to the company’s website through a mix of digital marketing and traditional marketing content and channels
  • Implement SEO best practices and customer engagement strategies across various content types
  • Champion content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice, ensuring adherence through training and oversight
  • Scale content effectively across multiple channels and diverse audiences
  • Conduct periodic content audits to ensure alignment with business objectives and optimize content strategy
  • Measure and analyze content performance to inform future strategies and improve overall effectiveness

Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in digital paid advertisement strategies and execution
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and manage multiple projects
  • Creative and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and report on content performance

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, which includes high-level project management experience. An associate or undergraduate degree in marketing or communications, and experience in Halliburton is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, which includes high-level project management experience
  • An associate or undergraduate degree in marketing or communications is highly preferred

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from the Marketing Specialist up to the Senior Marketing Specialist
