CFS Representative (Senior - Leader)

Job Duties
- Under general supervision, generates cash from customer account receivables (A/R) in an effective and timely manner
- Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships to effectively facilitate the collection process
- May exercise limited authority to grant customer credit limits as skill and experience dictate
- Responsible for assisting in the preparation of lien filings to secure accounts with oversight from more senior personnelAnalyzes customer financial information to assess risk and makes recommendations to establish new accounts
- Identify and record customer disputes
- May assist in credit investigation and evaluation
- Typically requires an undergraduate degree in Business Administration and 2-4 years of experience in commercial collections, including experience in financial statement analysis
- Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from the Senior CFS up to the CFS Leader
