Job Duties and Qualifications

  • Under general supervision, identifies and escalates Procurement and Logistics activities that vary from policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Monitors process to identify and manage emerging control risks driven by changes in the business.
  • Assists in developing reliable internal assessments of procurement and logistics activities.
  • Advises Procurement and Material (P&M) Managers before, during, and after an audit regarding policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Serves as the liaison between P&M Managers and the Business Controls Manager on questions related to Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.

Requirements:

  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
