Job Duties and Qualifications
- Under general supervision, identifies and escalates Procurement and Logistics activities that vary from policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Monitors process to identify and manage emerging control risks driven by changes in the business.
- Assists in developing reliable internal assessments of procurement and logistics activities.
- Advises Procurement and Material (P&M) Managers before, during, and after an audit regarding policies, guidelines and procedures.
- Serves as the liaison between P&M Managers and the Business Controls Manager on questions related to Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
Requirements:
- Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar discipline and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
