Job Duties

  • Greets and directs visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Monitors visitor access while following all security protocols
  • Provides friendly, efficient customer service to visitors and employees
  • Maintains reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized, with necessary supplies readily available
  • Answers and screens calls, taking accurate messages and passing along to appropriate parties
  • Performs general clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Requires ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization.
  • Requires ability to perform basic numerical, statistical, and/or financial analysis.
  • Applies common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
  • Requires 4-5 years of experience.
