Service Supervisor (I - III) - Cementing

Compensation Information:

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience:

  • Service Supervisor I: $23.00 - $37.78/hr. 
    • Potential Annual Earnings: $149,000/yearly
  • Service Supervisor II: $24.50 - $43.65/hr.
    • Potential Annual Earnings: $179,000/yearly
  • Service Supervisor III:  $28.02  - $50.43/hr.
    • Potential Annual Earnings: $219,000/yearly
  • Average annual earnings are an estimation dependent on hours worked per week, overtime hours worked, product service line, location, and position. An offer of employment with Halliburton does not guarantee employment for any length of time.  Actual pay will be discussed and finalized at the time of the offer.
  • Position is eligible for a $300 monthly living stipend based out of Fort Lupton, CO. 
  • $45/day Per Diem
  • Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employee's relocating to the Fort Lupton, CO area. 
  • 2 weeks on 1 week off schedule. *Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.*

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Under general supervision, coordinates and oversees cementing service line work at the well site, providing quality service to the customer.
  • Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed.
  • Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators.
  • Coordinates the cleanup, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job.
  • Plans and performs necessary calculations for the total job at the well site as needed.
  • Leads the site crew comprised of Halliburton and/or non-Halliburton employees.
  • Evaluates individual performance levels of the crew and trains operators to improve their job performance.
  • Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Previous experience in oilfield Cementing required. 
  •  Class A CDL (commerical driver's license) with Hazmat endorsement is required. 
  • Given the nature of oil field service work, the ability to communicate effectively with others is necessary.
  • Candidate must meet the minimum developmental standards for this job classification.
  • Has necessary working skills within the service line and a general understanding of other service functions.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Service Supervisor II and Service Supervisor III.
