Service Operator (I - II) - Baroid Separation Solutions

Compensation Information

 Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience

  • Service Operator I: $17.53 - $31.55/hour
  • Service Operator II: $18.37 - $33.07/hour
  • $45/day per diem,
  • Position is eligible for a $300/month living stipend based out of Fort Lupton, CO
  • 2 weeks on, 1 week off schedule *Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedule based on industry needs.
  • Hotel accommodations for 60 days for employees relocating to the Fort Lupton, CO area.

Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Under direct supervision, rigs-up and rigs-down of service equipment, learns to complete documents, reports, and forms in support of the service performed, and may conduct training in the operation of some or all of the following equipment: shale shakers and screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems.
  • Performs basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
  • This position promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process, promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations, and ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. 
  • A minimum of six months experience is required.
  • Experience operating front end loader and other heavy equipment highly preferred. 
  • This position requires the ability to effectively communicate with others.
  • Basic computer skills are preferred.
  • Completion of specific Baroid training is preferred. 
  • Basic mathmatical calculations highly preferred. 

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Service Operator II.
