Performance Development Coordinator - Production Enhancement

Job Duties

  • Under broad direction, responsible for coordination, evaluation of needs, monitoring development, and/or providing guidance to individuals.
  • Reviews personnel performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentors employees of the assigned area with competencies, training, onboarding, personnel evaluation, and processes related to Career Development.
  • Promotes and monitors alignment to these processes.
  • Interfaces, partners, and works effectively with Leadership and Talent Management relative to employee development and performance evaluation issues.
  • Supports the hiring process for assigned Product Service Line (PSL); in collaboration with Human Resources and Hiring Manager.
  • Visits field, labs, shops, and other locations to review people's performance and identify knowledge gaps. 

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma and 5+ years of operational or technical experience is required.
