Maintenance Parts Coordinator

Job Duties

  • Under general supervision, position generally works directly with a product service line (PSL) and is responsible for handling all inventory related issues such as goods receipts, goods issues to the sales orders, inventory counting and reconciliation, to support timely and accurate billing.
  • Responsible for identifying, sourcing, and ordering mechanical parts and materials required for equipment maintenance and repair. This role ensures timely availability of parts to minimize equipment downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • This position also requires an understanding of the relevant PSL and their products.
  • Performs other duties and activities as directed.
  • The position requires knowledge of all interfaces with the PSL's, Plant Maintenance, and Finance & Admin, where applicable to materials usage. 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  • Two year degree preferred. 
  • Two years of related experience in material handling.
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Must have a current and valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP preferred.
