Real Time Service Specialist

Job Duties and Qualifications
Job Duties:
- Under general supervision, provides remote operations of the drilling and evaluation process, including data acquisition and transmission, log generation, data Quality Control (QC), and delivery of real-time services to the customer.
- Analyzes customized visualization configurations of rig site data and presents to customers.
- Ensures that all data presented to the customer is accurate, timely, and meets the highest service quality standard.
- Indicates potential problems to the customer and troubleshoots real-time service interruptions.
- Tests real- time software, transmission protocols, and system configurations to ensure customer access.
- Actively contributes to development of new real- time services and operating capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Requires completion of an undergraduate STEM degree.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
