Real Time Service Specialist

Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Duties:

  • Under general supervision, provides remote operations of the drilling and evaluation process, including data acquisition and transmission, log generation, data Quality Control (QC), and delivery of real-time services to the customer.
  • Analyzes customized visualization configurations of rig site data and presents to customers.
  • Ensures that all data presented to the customer is accurate, timely, and meets the highest service quality standard.
  • Indicates potential problems to the customer and troubleshoots real-time service interruptions.
  • Tests real- time software, transmission protocols, and system configurations to ensure customer access.
  • Actively contributes to development of new real- time services and operating capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Requires completion of an undergraduate STEM degree.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience.
