Technical Professional - Senior Technical Professional (Maintenance)

Job Duties and Qualifications

  • Under general supervision, participates in analysis, using various advanced methods and processes, to determine the root cause of asset availability, reliability, maintainability and cost improvement opportunities for the Maintenance PSL.
  • Plans and manages resources to deploy engineering group's pilots and proof of concept with new or improved technology and equipment.
  • Assists in developing business cases and implements projects including technical information research, purchase requisition, coordination with vendors, equipment modifications, training and presenting conclusions.
  • Demonstrates technical skills necessary to communicate effectively with Subject Matter Experts, 3rd party vendors and Maintenance management to execute or improve assemblies repair process.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an undergraduate STEM degree is required.
  • Two years of experience in an engineering, operations, manufacturing, or maintenance role is required.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Technical Professional - Maintenance or Senior Technical Professional - Maintenance.
