Job Duties and Qualifications

  • Receives telephone calls and emails and reports information for service jobs to crews or other personnel utilizing telephone and other electronic communication and dispatch applications.

Requirements

  • Requires a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and smartphone use and applications.
  • Ability to work long hours while seated at a desk with multiple computer monitors.
  • Ability to work and communicate with others.

Schedule: 6 days on, 3 days off; 12-hour shifts

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
