Job Duties

Under broad direction, responsible for HAL contractual operations at the well site; works on most complex and high-risk well projects. Understands objectives of the well services operation and takes actions required to accomplish the objective. Responsible for reporting and protects the health and safety of employees, contractors, and the general public from harm resulting from operations. Protects the environment from damage resulting from operations. Maintains a high profile and leadership in HSE by active participation in HSE audits, inspections and reviews in accordance with the HSE Plan. Coordinates work of product services lines and 3rd party subcontractors to meet engineered well design. Supervises day-to-day field operations at the well site. Acts as a direct supervisor for junior level well site supervisors. Prepares a documented 7 day look ahead for equipment, materials, and personnel for the well operations every day Acts as matrix manager for HSE and logistics personnel on location. Participates in and facilitate incident and near miss investigations, Validation of closed corrective actions and audit open items. Responsible for move-in and rig up, rig down and move-out of equipment. Directs well operations processes. Manages field operations to accomplish specified well services objectives within agreed-on time and cost objectives. Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 10 years of operations management experience, along with a Supervisory Well Control certificate. Undergraduate degree is preferred.

Job Duties

  • Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the blending and manufacturing of finished products including; quality tests of finished products, proper documentation, packaging of finished products to either tank/tote/drum/pail, stocking finished product in the stock location, and maintaining awareness of environmental and health safety.
  • This position will also coordinate the shipping and receiving of finished products and raw materials including; maintaining quality control and documentation of products received, understanding D.O.T. regulations for shipping products, and creating proper paperwork and load materials on the truck according to D.O.T. regulations.
  • Responsible the loading and unloading of trailers and chemicals.
  • Train new plant operators on their job responsibilities, functions, procedures, and safety.
  • Organize products and maintain the cleanliness of the facility and yard by keeping it free from dirt and debris.
  • Acts as a primary link for communication between the plant operators and management and monitors inventory control measures.
  • This includes bringing any issues to the attention of management.
  • Participates in the on-call rotation for all after hour deliveries and receives additional compensation for on- call hours.

Qualifications

  • Requires 0 to 2 years of experience and High School diploma/GED. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
