Argentina - Buenos Aires: Order to Cash Analyst - Finance

Job Duties

Under close supervision, the OTC Analyst supports the review and analysis of customer tenders and commercial documentation, ensuring compliance with globally defined Order to Cash (OTC) standards and financial policies. Working under the guidance of the OTC Manager or Lead Analyst, the role requires a high level of accuracy, data reconciliation, and collaboration with cross‑functional teams. The position also supports approval processes, maintains documentation for internal controls and audits, and may assist OTC Management with reporting metrics and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Completed undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Finance, Order to Cash (OTC), Accounts Receivable, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention‑to‑detail skills with the ability to accurately review financial and contractual documentation.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • This is an on‑site position based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, requiring presence at the office.
