Job Duties
Job Summary
The candidate will be responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing for the US, Canada, and LATAM regions. The role requires strong technical expertise in multi‑country payroll, compliance, data validation, and issue resolution. The position supports internal stakeholders, audits, and process improvement initiatives within the GBS Hub.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end‑to‑end payroll for US, Canada, and LATAM within defined timelines.
- Validate payroll inputs, conduct reconciliations, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports and support internal/external audit requirements.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Handle complex payroll cases including retros, off‑cycles, garnishments, and statutory adjustments.
- Participate in process improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 8–12 years of payroll experience with strong exposure to US payroll.
- Experience with global payroll systems (SAP, ADP, WFM, Salesforce, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and communication skills; high attention to detail.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data checks, reconciliations etc).
- WFO Ability to work the night shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST)
