Accountant, Senior to Principal (Statutory Reporting, GA)

Job Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and review the work of other team members
  • Monthly reporting of various performance indicators and bring insights on deviation v/s plan to ensure deadlines are met and necessary improvement actions are triggered.
  • Handle the review of smaller entities financial statements with country F&A.
  • Delivery of statutory accounts to directors, and liaison with legal or local country finance team for filing and other compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditors, country F&A, legal and US team.
  • Responsible for achieving results-SLA, BOI and KPI
  • Preparing DTP's.

Other Responsibilities Include:

  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Compliance management
  • Lead special projects
  • Mentoring Junior Staff
  • Appraisal and evaluation

Requiements:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in accounting related roles required
  • Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in accounting, business, or related field
  • Knowledge of US GAAP or country-specific accounting principles required.

Shift timing:
Flexible to work in shifts in a day depending on the business needs and the regions supported
