Job Description
Job Duties:
- Under direct supervision, participates in development, testing, documentation and maintenance of simple software application programs.
- Primary duties will be performing maintenance on existing software.
- Specific work assignments are made and scheduled by a more experienced Software Engineer or project leader.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
- Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
Qualifications:
- Skills typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar discipline or through 4 years of software development experience.
- Familiarity with Azure and Python software is a plus.
- Ability to translate real-time process algorithms into code is a plus.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
