Talent Acquisition Supervisor - Argentina

Under broad direction, designs and implements HR processes focused on Talent Acquisition. Responsible for complex projects designed to provide solutions that are highly competitive, creative, and aligned with business goals and objectives. Utilizes advanced program knowledge and experience, along with a strong overall business acumen, to provide consultative and subject matter expertise to HR and business leaders across the organization. Analyzes and interprets HR data into meaningful recommendations and actions to drive strategic value for the organization. May provide guidance, training and coordinate work of less experienced specialists.   

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Lead and supervise the recruitment team in Argentina, ensuring compliance with KPIs such as quality of hire, time to hire, and candidate experience.
    •    Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, acting as a strategic consultant in the recruitment process.
    •    Design and implement talent attraction strategies for technical, professional, and field roles.
    •    Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment policies, ethics standards, and audit processes.
    •    Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare executive reports for country and regional leadership.
    •    Drive employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and university relations.

Requirements

Education:
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.
    •    Postgraduate studies in Talent Management, HR Leadership, or similar are a plus.

Experience:
    •    At least 5-7 years of recruitment experience, including 3+ years leading teams or managing high-volume recruitment processes in complex industries (energy, oil & gas, mining, construction, or similar).
    •    Proven experience using global ATS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Taleo, or equivalent).
    •    Strong track record in technical and field recruitment in Argentina.

Knowledge and skills:
    •    Solid knowledge of Argentine labor regulations related to hiring.
    •    Fluent English (oral and written). 
    •    Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
    •    Analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
    •    Leadership, team management, and strategic planning capabilities.
