Job Description

Under strict supervision, performs configuration, installation and/or repairs of PC hardware and peripherals according to established procedures. Contacts end user to define data migration requirements and perform the data migration, if required. Monitors for trouble tickets and coordinates with appropriate vendors for equipment repair, if needed. Adheres to and enforces facility security measures, company safety standards and software licensing procedures. Assists in setting up PC's and related peripherals for special requests. Lends guidance to desktop support teams on hardware related issues.  Performs own work and provides assistance to others as directed.   Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization. Error is readily ascertainable by the supervisor and can be corrected.
Administration and configuration of computer equipment and accessories, network management, cabling, user support at any of the Neuquén bases, support for networks and communications equipment installed in the field, video conferencing equipment, support visits to remote bases/fields, report generation, communication with the Help Desk and Level 2 team in English, providing support and solutions to users in Office 365 (Power Platform) if required, in-person or remote user support outside of normal business hours and on weekends (on-call).

Requirements
1. Computer Science Engineer, Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, or a simliar university degree. 
2. 2 years of experience configuring hardware and software, repairing computer equipment, configuring and using networks, structured cabling, telecommunications equipment, radios, and connectivity; knowledge of Office 365 platforms, video conferencing, and providing in-person and remote customer support and assistance.
3. English level: Advanced
4. Full time in location
