Methods Analyst
Job Description:

Role Overview


This role is responsible for developing accurate and efficient manufacturing processes to ensure raw materials and assemblies are transformed into high-quality finished products. The successful candidate will apply established techniques and procedures to deliver cost-effective and reliable solutions that meet production and quality requirements.


Key Responsibilities


•    Review engineering drawings and specifications to determine the required process plans, routings, tooling, and methods.
•    Create detailed manufacturing sequences and instructions. Defining stages of manufacture, and routing steps necessary for completed assemblies and parts.
•    Establish and maintain standard production times for processes, while identifying and recommending improvements.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve issues, review impacts of process changes, and drive efficiency.


Qualifications & Experience


•    Previous experience preferred within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
•    Strong understanding of manufacturing methods and process planning.
•    Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
•    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
