Associate QA/QC Inspector

Hard Ver / Hard HT Operator

Role Overview:

Hard Ver / Hard HT Operator

We are seeking a driven and motivated material harness verification inspector to join our team, this position plays a key role in ensuring the precision, reliability, and quality of our materials through accurate hardness verification and heat treatment operations. You’ll work hands-on with advanced equipment, follow established procedures, and help maintain our high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Safety and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

Operate in strict compliance with company, regulatory, and industry safety standards to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

• Conduct Pre-Shift Equipment Checks:

Verify that all hardness testing and heat treatment equipment is properly calibrated and in working condition before every shift.

• Verify Material Against Purchase Orders:

Match all incoming materials with purchase order documentation to confirm accuracy, traceability, and compliance with client specifications.

• Prepare Materials for Hardness Testing:

Handle and stage materials for testing with precision and attention to detail — ensuring proper identification and readiness for inspection.

• Perform Hardness and Heat Treatment Operations:

Execute the hardness and heat treatment inspections to ensure materials meet required hardness values and mechanical integrity standards.

• Document and Report Results:

Accurately record all test results within purchase orders and the ERP system, providing full traceability and data integrity for every job.

• Communicate Non-Conformances:

Identify, document, and escalate any non-conformances to Engineering and Quality departments to maintain our commitment to zero-defect performance.

• Drive Operational Efficiency:

Balance precision and productivity to meet deadlines without compromising on quality, safety, or compliance.
