Job Duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:


•    Under broad direction, plans, reviews, and analyzes quality related data. Identifies problems, offers resolutions, and performs reporting activities.
•    Conducts statistical studies using Statistical Process Controls and other Quality Improvement Process tools.
•    May implement a Quality Assurance and/or Quality Management System such as ISO 9001, API, ASME, etc. for the site or project.
•    May act in vendor surveillance activities on projects.
•    This is the degreed, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinator, and may supervise other Quality Assurance/Quality Control Coordinators.
•    Candidate should have 5 years of experience which includes Engineering, Applied Science or related Technical Field education.

Main Duties


•    Compliance with company Quality Management System and Health and Safety Management system.
•    Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of audit results reflecting adherence to requirements and provides objective evidence of the effectiveness of the Quality Program to Management Customers and regulatory Authorities. 
•    Performs root cause analysis and devises, implements and evaluates Corrective and Preventive Actions.
•    Investigation of Customer complaints, internal Scrap and Rework and evaluation of Vendor performance with respect to external reject parts. This shall include the establishment of effective reporting systems with data analysis, monitoring of trends and advising of potential problem areas to management along with the provision recommendations on improvements. 
•    Keeps abreast of changing regulatory and licensee requirements in order to make the necessary recommendations for changes to the management system and provide the necessary expertise to aid management with the necessary changes and to conduct appropriate effective systems audits thus ensuring continued compliance. 
•    Participating in Order review, identifying the customer requirements, and participating in, the Compilation of Data dossiers
•    Organising and hosting the visits of Third Party Inspectors.
