Job Duties
- Prepares and reviews accounting entries, reconciliations, reports, and financial analyses.
- Supports month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and statutory requirements.
- Researches and resolves accounting issues while ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Supports audits, process improvement initiatives, and ERP/finance transformation activities.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and provides guidance to junior finance personnel.
Job Role
Supports accounting, reporting, financial analysis, internal controls, and business decision-making while contributing to process improvements, compliance, and finance transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and local accounting requirements.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
